Billing Questions
How do I upgrade to Pro?
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade to Pro"
- Complete payment with Paddle
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Paddle for payments:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Regional methods (depending on location)
Is there a free trial?
No free trial, but:
- Free plan has no time limit
- 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro
- Cancel anytime, no questions asked
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I cancel?
- Immediate: No more charges
- End of period: Downgrade to Free
- Your data: All projects and blueprints retained
- Export: Download everything before downgrading
Refunds
What's your refund policy?
We offer refunds for:
- First 14 days of a new subscription
- Technical issues that prevent usage
- Billing errors
Not eligible for refunds:
- After 14 days
- If you've used significant resources
- For partial months
How do I request a refund?
Email support@stacksfinder.com with:
- Subject: "Refund Request"
- Your account email
- Reason for refund
We respond within 48 hours.
Usage Questions
What counts as a blueprint generation?
Each time you click "Generate Blueprint" counts as one generation. This includes:
- New blueprints
- Regenerating with changed settings
- Failed generations (if our fault, we credit back)
Do unused generations roll over?
No, the Free plan resets monthly:
- 3 generations per calendar month
- Unused generations don't carry over
- Counter resets on the 1st of each month
Can I buy extra generations?
Not currently. If you need more than 3 per month, upgrade to Pro for unlimited generations.
Team Plans
How do I add team members?
- Subscribe to Team plan
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
What can team members access?
- All shared blueprints
- Their own projects
- Team analytics
- Export features
Who can manage billing?
Only the account owner (the person who created the team) can:
- Manage subscription
- Add/remove seats
- Update payment method
Invoices & Taxes
How do I get invoices?
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Billing History"
- Download any invoice
Invoices are also emailed after each payment.
Do you charge VAT/tax?
Paddle handles all tax compliance:
- VAT for EU customers
- GST for Australia/NZ
- Sales tax for applicable US states
Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I get a custom invoice?
For business accounts needing:
- Custom billing details
- PO numbers
- Annual invoicing
