AI Processing

  • You may delete your documents and extracted data at any time

We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and do not retain your data beyond the processing request.

Payment Processing (Paddle)

When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller for your transaction and is responsible for payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.

The following information is shared with Paddle for processing:

  • Billing name and email address
  • Payment method details (handled securely by Paddle)
  • Transaction amounts and subscription details
  • IP address and device information (for fraud prevention)

Paddle processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Your bank statement will show charges from "PADDLE* STACKSFINDER".

Project Data 30 days to 2 years (by tier)
Uploaded Documents Pro: 30 days, Team: 90 days
Audit Logs 30 days to 2 years (by tier)
Payment Records As required by law (7 years)

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or using account settings.
